Why the answer depends on the vial
Two Zepbound vials give a 5 mg dose, and they are drawn to different marks. The 5 mg single-dose vial holds 5 mg in 0.5 mL, so the dose is everything in it: the 50 mark on a U-100 1 mL syringe. The 20 mg multi-dose vial holds four 5 mg doses in 2.4 mL at 8.33 mg/mL, and its label describes each withdrawal as 0.6 mL, the 60 mark. The difference is not an error in either direction; it is the same 5 mg in two different volumes of liquid. What matters is reading the vial you actually hold, because a 5 mg dose drawn to the 50 mark from the multi-dose vial is 4.17 mg, and drawn to the 60 mark from the single-dose vial is more than the vial contains. The table runs the same 5 mg through every labelled Zepbound concentration so you can see the mark change with the vial.
The mistake to watch for. The 5 mg single-dose vial and the 2.5 mg single-dose vial look alike and both hold 0.5 mL. Drawing the whole of the wrong one is a two-fold error either way, and the mark, 50, is identical for both. The strength printed on the vial is the check, not the mark.
