Report a problem

A number that looks wrong, a label that has changed, wording that confused you, or a page that does not work. Reports about the arithmetic are answered within two working days.

If you think a result is wrong, do not use it. Confirm the draw with your pharmacist before injecting anything. We will check the arithmetic, but we cannot do that in time for today's dose.

We receive the category, the page, your message, the setup summary if you left it ticked, and your email address if you gave one. Nothing else. See privacy.
