Calculator/Bacteriostatic water/Diluent passport
Tool 1 of 3
Your medication's diluent passport
Pick the exact presentation on your carton. The card shows what its FDA label says about the liquid, the volume, the concentration and the clocks, with the label's own words one tap away.
Covers the medications this site supports. Anything else, or a carton that differs from the card: ask the dispensing pharmacist. No card states a dose.
Full notice
This tool does not choose or check a medication, dose, concentration, diluent, syringe or route. It works from the numbers on your prescription and label, as you type them. A mark on a U-100 syringe is a volume, not a medication dose in units or IU. If anything here differs from what you were given, or you are unsure, do not prepare or inject: ask the prescriber or the dispensing pharmacist. No preset is a dose. Presets exist for FDA-approved products; any other vial is arithmetic on your own label.
